Notice of application for High-Level University Program
According to High-Level University Fund Regulations, applications are open now for High-Level University program, the relevant particulars are notified as follows:
1. Program Type
Types of application include: (1) Discipline Construction Program and (2) Talent Program. Among them, Talent Program includes (1) President's Distinguished Scholars program, and (2) Outstanding Reserve Talent program. President's Distinguished Scholars program is subdivided into (A) Distinguished Presidential Chair Professor, (B) Presidential Chair Professor and (C) Presidential Fellow.
2. Application and Approval Procedures
(1) Discipline Construction Program
All key disciplines are required to fill in the " Application Form for Discipline Construction Program" in accordance with the discipline development, clarify the construction goals, tasks, budget, equipment details, etc., and submit the application through the Research Management System (http://iresearch.cuhk.edu.cn/English).
(2) Talent Program
Nominations by each key discipline leader or application individually (submit " Recommendation Form for Talent program of High-Level University " through Research Management System). Discipline Groups will discuss and determine the recommended candidate through meetings, official candidates will be confirmed after publicity without objection.
3. Time Node
The deadline for this centralized application is April 26.
Follow-up talent program will be timely recommended based on the progress of talent introduction, and schools will review and approve regularly.
