Notice of proposals collection for NSFC special fund of COVID-19

The NSFC has initiated proposals collection for NSFC special fund of COVID-19. Details of requirements are as follows:

1. Fields

a. Shall propose prospective, original and interdisciplinary research thoughts which combined with those clinical problems and demands in the course of COVID-19 prevention and control.

b. Shall include but not limited to virus structure, function, traceability, evolution, transmission and epidemic regularity, virus-host interaction and multi-scale regulation mechanism of immune system, the internal mechanism of TCM in the prevention and treatment of viral infection, emergency management on public health and other related issues within the context of public health and biomedicine, information technology, resources and environment, public security and social development and other fields.

c. Shall emphasize on key scientific problems, proposed innovative thoughts and expected goals.

2. Procedure

a. Login the application system  (https://isisn.nsfc.gov.cn/) and click the button “创新思路建议”.

b. Fill out forms in Chinese and submit online by May 19, 2020, without having to submit any hard copies.
