About the Speaker

Miss Sarah Leung

has over 30 years’ experience in management training and human resources management consultancy services around the Asia Pacific region, in particular in Mainland China and Hong Kong. She has worked with international banks, hotels, buying offices, and shipping companies, holding senior and influential roles across a broad range of HR disciplines, including organizational development, HR strategy and policies, process re-engineering, talent acquisition and development, performance management and reward management. Thanks to her professional exposure and profound experience in different industries across multi-cultural background, Miss Leung has been giving hundreds of management skills training programs to over 200 clients on how to enhance leadership capabilities, drive changes strategically to meet today’s business challenges, increase corporations’ competitive advantages through people as well as unleash talents’ potential for long-term growth. She has also been giving lectures to university students on career planning, assessment centers, business etiquette and leadership. She earned an excellent reputation for all her training solutions in particular the course customization, market benchmarking elements, solid experience sharing, class interaction, subject matter knowledge, entrepreneurial perspective, interactive facilitation approaches and post-course follow up initiatives to sustain the learning momentum. Part of her broad training curriculum includes leadership, coaching, performance management, communication and influencing, interviewing, customer service, change management, teambuilding, objection handling, career planning, etc. Miss Leung has an MSc in Training and Human Resources Management.
