Mental Health and Wellness Promotion Activities
World Mental Health Day is observed on 10 October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. The theme of this year’s covers “Psychological First Aid (More detailshttp://www.who.int/mental_health/world-mental-health-day/2016/en/ ). To expand skills of staff and students to identify and support mental health issues, promote mental wellness and connect individuals to the support they need, the Office of Student Affairs initiates a series of Mental Health and Wellness Promotion Activities.
