2. Integrating various research resources from the national, provincial and local levels, and organizing project applications and follow-ups;
3. Application and management of various talent training plans;
4. Planning and construction of scientific research platform;
5. Patents application and protection of intellectual properties;
6. Popularization and transformation of scientific achievements;
7. Accounting and managing of scientific achievements;
8. Publication and promotion of scientific research information;
9. Postdoctoral research management.
