First Session MRSA Election of Muse College

In order to carry forward the tradition of the Chinese University of Hong Kong Sha Tin, Muse College held the first election campaign at 21:00 on September 29. Two outstanding teams: “Muse Maker” and “Ying Que” had their wonderful campaign speech in Shaw College F301.

The campaign activity went well with the active participation of students. Facing with such two outstanding teams, there were some students showed it’s really a hard choice for them once finished.

At last, after registration on the Moodle platform, the first session of Muse Resident Student Association in Muse College will voted by students and the deadline is at 23:59 on September 30^th. At this point, the first session of Muse College Muse Resident Student Association campaign ends perfectly.

It was worthy to be mentioned that the campaign was warmly welcomed by our students. The total of 143 students in Muse College participated in the vote (there are 196 students in college), voter turnout of 72.96%. The result was verified by the Election Commission. The electoral process was fair, open and just and the election result was real and effective. Ultimately, “Ying Que” team won the campaign as 79 VS 64 votes. Congratulations! You are the first session of Muse Resident Student Association in Muse College and we all look forward to your prefect work.
