University of Southampton’s Visit to CUHK-Shenzhen
Professor Sabu Padmadas, Associate Dean International and Professor of Demography and Global Health, and Ms. Song Pan, Senior Manager of Faculty International office, School of Social Sciences, University of Southampton, visited The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen on 18th October, 2018.
A meeting was held between University of Southampton and CUHK-Shenzhen. During the visit, the guests met with Ms. Maxine Luo, Director of Career Development Center (SME), Mr. Paul Ke, Director of Office of Academic Links, and other representatives from SME, SSE and OAL. The discussion revolved around deepening the collaboration between the two universities.
After the meeting, an information session was held at Teaching A building. Over 80 students attended the session. During the session, Professor Sabu Padmadas and Ms. Song Pan gave a detailed introduction of the University of Southampton and the 4+1 program, and answered the questions raised by interested students.
