和Jorge Díaz-Cintas教授一起探索视听翻译
Audiovisual productions have become the quintessential means of communication in the 21st century and, in the era of globalisation, their translation is imperative in order to foster exchanges across languages and cultures. Interest in audiovisual translation (AVT) has been growing steadily and exponentially in the industry, academia and educational centres. In this presentation I will take stock of the main developments that, propitiated by technology, are shaping the new digital mediascape and propelling subtitling and dubbing to centre stage. I will also highlight some of the changes that are taking place in the actual translation practice, discuss potential synergies between industry and academe, and speculate about the future outlook of audiovisual translation.
