Abstract: |
In the literature of strategic leadership, top management teams (TMTs) research has been witnessed steady growth in the past three decades. Taking a critical role in determining organizational strategy and bottom line, TMT consists of senior executives and other top managers of the firm. With my own work as an example, the progress of this stream of research will be introduced firstly. My two recent studies on CEO/TMT gender and firm innovation will then be discussed in more detail. |
