Outline
1. The two sessions are identical, you can go to either one of them.
2. Quota is 80 per session. First come first served.
3. The workshops will start on time. No late comers.
4. You are expected to stay for the entire session, no come and go during the workshop.

Helen has extensive experience in strategy consulting and executive coaching, having led and conducted projects and programs in Hong Kong, China and other parts of Asia. Helen believes that good leadership brings about the potential in people and motivates people to overcome obstacles and achieve. Over the last 10 years, Helen has led and facilitated multiple leadership, coaching and strategy workshops including:

Prior to setting up Explorer Consulting, Helen served as Associate Director in Spencer Stuart Associates from 2001 to 2004 where she gained experience in executive level recruitment, leadership assessment and executive development. Helen also worked as Senior Associate/Associate at Booz & Co. (formerly Booz Allen & Hamilton) from 1995 to 1999. During the 5 years, she has led over 25 assignments in developing business strategies for companies in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. She holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore (1990) and an MBA from INSEAD, France (1994). Helen speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
